As a Maintenance Manager at our 3 little hotel boutiques in the heart of Miami beach, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the maintenance operations to ensure the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of our property. We are seeking an experienced individual with strong leadership skills to manage our maintenance team and uphold our high standards.



About the role:

  • Supervise and lead the maintenance team in performing repair and maintenance tasks across the property.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities, equipment, and systems to identify and resolve issues promptly.
  • Schedule and prioritize maintenance projects, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely completion.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance-related concerns and coordinate work schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Monitor and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
  • Oversee contractor activities and maintain vendor relationships as needed.

 

 

What do you need?

  • Proven experience in a maintenance role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership position, preferably in a hotel or similar setting.
  • Strong technical knowledge across various maintenance areas (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.).
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and address complex maintenance issues efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using maintenance tools, equipment, and computerized systems.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and be available for on-call duties.
