As a Front Desk Agen, your day-to-day will involve:
You will play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences, starting with a warm welcome at check-in and ensuring that guests feel valued throughout their stay. Your tasks will include managing check-ins and check-outs efficiently, handling reservations, processing payments, and responding to guest inquiries with impeccable service.

Your role will involve collaborating closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and that every guest has an exceptional experience.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hospitality.
  • Knowledge of administrative processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Opera proven experience.
